This policy explains what personal information Busier collects, why, and the rights you have.
1. Who we are
Busier ("we", "us") helps local service businesses with their Google Business Profile and website. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through busier.agency.
2. What we collect
When you request a free report we collect your name, your business name, an email address or WhatsApp number, where the business is, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as a link to your website or Google listing. The website also records basic, anonymous usage information, such as which pages are visited.
3. How we use it
We use it to prepare and send your report, to reply to you, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't sell your information, and we won't send you marketing without your permission.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run Busier, such as our website and client-portal host and our messaging providers, and only so they can provide that service to us.
5. How long we keep it
Report requests are kept for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and client records for as long as the law requires. After that we delete them.
6. Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Use the report form on our homepage to contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
