What does Busier actually do?
We look after the two places customers decide whether to contact you: your Google Business Profile and your website. We make you easier to find, easier to trust and easier to contact, and we show you every enquiry that comes in.
I already rank well on Google Maps. Why do I need this?
A good ranking is a great foundation, but it isn't permanent. Google Maps changes all the time: competitors add photos and reviews, new businesses open nearby, and Google adjusts how it ranks listings. Where you rank today doesn't guarantee where you'll rank next month. We protect the position you've earned and build on it, reaching people further from your door and searching for services you're not showing up for yet, and your website turns more of those searches into enquiries.
What if I don't have good photos?
We'll send you a simple shot list. Photos taken on a phone in good light are fine, and photos of real jobs beat stock images every time.
Which businesses do you work with?
Local businesses that win work from people searching nearby: home services and trades, law firms, dental and cosmetic clinics, workshops and more.
Is there a contract?
No. On the monthly plan you can cancel any time and your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. On the quarterly plan it runs to the end of the quarter. Prepaid time isn't refunded, but there's no notice period.
What does the setup fee cover?
Your Google profile revamp, finishing and launching your website, getting your details consistent across the main online directories, and onboarding. Pay a quarter upfront and it's free.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website stays live until the end of your paid period and then goes offline. Your domain, your Google profile with every improvement we made, your reviews, and your words and photos all stay yours. We remove our access and send you a copy of your content.
Do you reply to my Google reviews?
No, you do. Replies come best from the owner. Your monthly report shows every new review so none slip past, and we give you a message and link for asking happy customers for more. Busier Plus, coming soon, will reply automatically.
Will you own my Google profile?
No. You add us as a manager, you stay the owner, and you can remove us at any time.
How long until I see results?
Some things change within weeks, like a complete listing and a faster website. Rankings build over months. Your monthly report shows the trend, so you're never guessing.
Will my email stop working when the website moves?
No. We only change the records that point your domain at the website. Your email records stay exactly as they are.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Yes, as often as you like. Send a change request from your portal, with photos if you have them. We check requests every day and complete them within 24 hours. Something bigger, like a new feature or a set of new pages, we quote for first.
Who owns the website?
We build and host it on our platform while you're a client. If you cancel, it stays live to the end of the period you've paid for.
